• 🌐 HS code warnings at pack: International shipments show which items are missing an HS code for the destination country before you buy a label. Custom items offer the customs info you last used for the same item, applied in one click. Developers can use the lastUsedCustomQty query.

Purchase Orders, Straight to Your Vendors

• 🔗 Vendor Network: Connect with vendors who also use SKUSavvy, and your purchase orders land directly in their account. Invite vendors one at a time or all at once from the new Network page under Vendors.

• 🤝 Receive orders from your customers: Purchase orders from customers who invite you arrive as draft outbound orders. Match their items to yours once, propose quantity and price changes for them to approve, then confirm to pick and ship. If either side cancels, the other side sees it.

• 🏷️ External IDs on purchase orders: Give a purchase order your own ID, such as your vendor's order number, and search by it. Developers can set it with externalId on inboundOrderUpdate.

• 🔎 Search SKU mismatches: Find a product by SKU or title on the SKU Mismatches page.

• 📦 Pack All for single-item shipments: Pack All now also shows when one item is left to pack.

Customs Values, Your Way

• 🌐 Choose where customs values come from: The customs declared value is now a priority list of discounted retail price, retail price, vendor unit cost and weighted average cost. Each item declares the first value above zero. Developers can set it with intl_customsValueSources on configUpdate.

• 📅 Backdate orders from the API: outboundOrderCreate accepts a createdAt date, for bringing in order history.

Average Costs You Can Trust

• 💰 Uncosted stock no longer lowers your average cost: Units with a blank or $0 cost are left out of weighted average cost, including the cost pushed to Shopify.

• 🧮 Missing costs are flagged: Cost totals show as incomplete when a packed unit has a $0 cost, and adjusting a record with a $0 cost prefills the suggested landed cost.

Packing Picks the Box for You

• 📦 Suggested boxes are selected automatically: On single-box shipments, the suggested packaging is applied with the first pack. Packaging you used before for the same contents comes first, if it is in stock.

• ✉️ Mailers and tubes: Packaging can be a box, a mailer or a tube, and box suggestions and the 3D preview account for each shape. Developers can set it with kind on packaging.

• 🔎 Packed Lots export: See how much of each lot was packed on which orders, to trace a lot during a recall. Developers can use exportPackedLots.

• 🔄 Shopify sync status in inventory logs: Each inventory change shows whether it was sent to Shopify, and why not if it was not.

• ♻️ Restore deleted products and variants: Restore them from their page. Products linked to Shopify can be restored only while they still exist in Shopify, and can no longer be deleted from SKUSavvy.

• 🏷️ Barcode columns on exports: Inventory and order exports can put barcodes in separate Barcode 1, 2 and 3 columns.

• 💲 Retail price on order exports: Order exports can include each item's current retail price.

Reports That Run Themselves

• 🗓️ Scheduled exports: Run inventory, inventory valuation, order, unit cost, packaging usage and carrier stats exports daily, weekly or monthly with your saved filters and columns. Exports filtered by date cover everything since the previous run. You get a notification, and optionally an email, when each run is ready. Manage schedules on the Export Schedules page, or with exportSchedules in the API.

• 📈 Inventory Valuation export: Units on hand, committed and available in each warehouse, with weighted average cost, retail price, and total value at cost and at retail.

• 💰 Clearer purchase order export costs: Separate columns for ordered cost, landed cost per received unit and landed cost of the received units.

Every New Account Starts Verified

• ✉️ Email verification at signup: New accounts confirm their email address with a code. Signups from a connected Shopify store skip this step. Developers can request the code with companyRegisterEmailCode and pass it to companyRegister as emailCode.
