How much does SKUSavvy cost?
SKUSavvy costs $179 a month, which includes your first 249 orders. Orders past that are billed per order, and the rate drops as your volume grows, down to $0.06 an order above 100,000.
- 250 to 499 orders: $0.20 each
- 500 to 4,999 orders: $0.19 each
- 5,000 to 24,999 orders: $0.13 each
- 25,000 to 49,999 orders: $0.08 each
- 50,000 to 99,999 orders: $0.07 each
- 100,000 orders and up: $0.06 each

How is per-order pricing calculated?
Pricing is graduated: each rate applies only to the orders inside its band, so growing into a cheaper band never reprices the orders below it. At 1,000 orders a month, you pay $179 plus 250 orders at $0.20 and 501 orders at $0.19, for $324.19.
- 5,000 orders a month: $1,084.13
- 20,000 orders a month: $3,034.13
What counts as an order?
Every order that enters SKUSavvy counts toward your monthly total: online and POS orders, purchase orders, and transfers. The 249 orders included in the base price cover test orders while you set up.
Is there a contract?
No. Every SKUSavvy plan is month to month, and you can cancel anytime. There are no annual commitments.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every account starts with a 30-day free trial with full access to the platform, and no credit card is needed to start. Billing starts when the trial ends, and your first bill comes due about two months after you sign up.
- Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge
- If no card is on file when the trial ends, your data stays in place, but you need to add a payment method to keep shipping orders
What costs are not included in the monthly price?
Only the costs you choose: carrier postage for the labels you buy, the optional hands-on onboarding package, and extra AI assistant credits if you use more than your included amount.

Are there setup or implementation fees?
No. Onboarding guides, videos, and support are included with every account. Hands-on onboarding is an optional paid package for teams that want help with data import, locations, and training.

Does SKUSavvy offer discounts?
Non-profits get 10% off. Otherwise every account gets the same pricing, with volume discounts already built into the per-order rates. Stores that mostly process POS orders are reviewed case by case.
Will SKUSavvy raise my price?
Rarely. SKUSavvy has raised prices only twice in the last five years, and both increases were modest. Any increase comes with at least 30 days of notice, and both times customers got far more notice than that. Otherwise, your bill changes only with your order volume.
