Logiwa IO connects warehouse work to automation

Logiwa’s documented inventory controls include warehouse, zone and location rules, fixed or dynamic pick locations, capacity limits, transfers and order routing. Barcode workflows cover receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, counting and transfers. Digital warehouse.

Its automation covers walking paths, picking jobs, put-to-wall sorting, consolidation, replenishment, lot/expiry/serial tracking and kitting. Shipping includes rate shopping, carrier groups, box suggestions, printing rules and scale/dimensioning integrations. These are substantial execution capabilities, not just stock visibility. For 3PLs, Logiwa documents multi-client operations, labor tracking, client portals, billing/contract management and client-specific shipping accounts. Keep Logiwa on your shortlist when client-specific workflows, ERP/EDI dependencies, labor planning or warehouse automation equipment dominate the requirements. Ask both vendors to demonstrate those dependencies rather than assuming a company-size label determines fit.

Evaluate SKUSavvy when you want Shopify inventory and purchasing connected to bins, scanning, mobile picking and packing. Its 30-day trial lets staff test real orders; it does not establish parity with every Logiwa automation or network-management feature.

Verify the exact connector, not just the logo

These six logos identify connections marked featured/native, developed and maintained directly by Logiwa, in its official directory at research. They are not claims about SKUSavvy connections or endorsements. Integration directory and logo source.

Partner-supported examples include Amazon SFP, Odoo, Salesforce, Brightpearl and Sage Intacct. Names matter: Amazon FBM is featured/native while Amazon SFP is partner-supported. Some entries, including SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365, have no type assigned in the captured directory; confirm their ownership instead of labeling them native. Directory.

Partner connections may require additional development. For every storefront, ERP, carrier or automation system, confirm supported records, directions, retries, stock ownership, peak API load, external subscriptions and who resolves a failed sync.

SKUSavvy’s Shopify integration is developed in house. QuickBooks is an optional add-on; other marketplaces flow through Shopify rather than direct marketplace connectors. API access can support custom work, but a custom project is not a prebuilt integration. SKUSavvy integration scope.

Compare a scoped Logiwa quote with published SKUSavvy rates

Logiwa publishes custom pricing based on fulfillment volume and complexity, with unlimited internal and client users. Its pricing page describes core WMS capabilities, standard integrations, implementation and ongoing support as included. It does not publish a numeric starting price. Logiwa pricing.

The Why Logiwa FAQ describes a per-order-line model, which is more specific than the pricing page’s volume-and-complexity wording. Confirm the billable unit, minimums, peak tiers, overages, contract duration, billing schedule and renewal terms in your quote. Do not assume an annual commitment or a public free trial. Why Logiwa.

Included implementation does not prove that every custom ERP, EDI, robotics or onsite project is included. Itemize partner development, external services, migration and support coverage before comparing total cost.

There is no defensible universal savings claim without a comparable Logiwa quote. Both vendors offer unlimited users; the useful difference is published SKUSavvy rates and monthly terms versus a scoped Logiwa contract, not seat fees.

Read Logiwa reviews with the product version in mind

G2 displayed 4.2/5 from 37 reviews, while the shared Capterra/Software Advice/GetApp pool displayed 4.6/5 from 95. These are separate site summaries, not a combined rating. A review labeled Logiwa WMS or published recently does not automatically describe the current IO product. G2 · Software Advice.

Support and operational breadth receive praise

Matthew F.’s August 2024 review praises implementation support while warning that setup can take time. Melanie N.’s May 2023 review values hands-on training and inventory migration. Favorable reviews can still describe substantial configuration and learning work. G2.

Simon C.’s February 12, 2025 review is the only collected G2 body that explicitly identifies Logiwa IO. He praises stability, training, support and usability while describing kitting as less mature than other functions. That is a reason to test your kitting workflow, not claim that IO lacks kitting. Turn dated concerns into acceptance tests

Older or version-unspecified reviews raise navigation effort, report access, integration troubleshooting, extra charges and billing configuration. Test these in the current system, including client rate cards, exports and the total quoted scope. Historical license complaints do not override today’s published unlimited-user model. Software Advice’s clearly associated passages include Meghan S.’s July 2024 praise for patient support alongside billing glitches, and Eileen M.’s February 2025 praise for functionality/mobile use alongside print-template and bulk-upload concerns. Their product versions are unspecified; these reports do not establish current IO defects. Software Advice.

Gartner’s IO-specific summaries are mixed: some praise onboarding and usability, while others mention service inquiry delays, retail customization or bugs. We accessed summaries rather than full reviews, so they are limited evidence. Ask for a live demonstration of your retail/B2B flows, error handling and support escalation. Gartner IO.

Trustpilot has just two entries. Its August 2023 integration/refund complaint closely repeats a G2 narrative under a different name, so we do not treat the two as independent corroboration or adopt the allegations as proven facts. Collection coverage and limitations

Research was checked October 24, 2026. We collected all 37 detailed G2 bodies across four pages, with 37 distinct title/date keys and page sizes of 10, 10, 10 and seven. Some reviews were incentivized; vendor replies and AI summaries were not counted as customer reviews. First page · Final page.

The Capterra family shows 95 syndicated reviews, not 285 independent reviews across three sites. We recovered 64 indexed title/date/rating identities, not 64 verified full reviews; search-rendered body boundaries were unreliable, so the article uses only separately verified Software Advice passages. Both Trustpilot entries were accessible, but one is a title-only 2017 record. Gartner displayed 3.9/5 across five IO reviews; only five indexed summaries were accessible, with zero full bodies. SourceForge’s 44 ratings are third-party syndicated data with zero native reviews, so they were excluded. Trustpilot · Gartner · SourceForge.

This is not a complete scrape of every Logiwa review. Cross-platform identities cannot be verified, syndicated narratives overlap and most historical records do not establish product version. We preserve source evidence internally and report no combined sentiment score or unique-customer total.

Pilot the warehouse before changing systems

Logiwa describes a dedicated Onboarding Engineer who analyzes requirements, designs processes, manages tasks and coordinates training, followed by a Customer Success Manager. Guided practice, a dry run, assisted go-live and follow-up are part of its documented process; onsite services are possible. Professional services · Implementation workflow.

Vendor examples of onboarding in days or weeks are not a universal migration deadline. Clarify whether a timeline means adding a client to an existing warehouse or replacing the entire WMS. Support averages are also not contractual service levels; agree on hours, severity handling and coverage before launch.

1. Define acceptance criteria. List clients, warehouses, stock rules, order volume, labor reporting, billing events and connected systems.
2. Prepare data exports. Preserve products, barcodes, stock by bin, lot/serial records, open orders, receipts, client rules and historical reports. Map fields rather than assuming a lossless import.
3. Validate devices and connections. Test scanners, phones, scales, printers and coverage; confirm inventory ownership and recovery after a connector interruption.
4. Run complete operational cycles. Receive a partial delivery, put it away, replenish a pick face, pick and pack, print a label, handle a return and reconcile stock.
5. Test network and client controls. Confirm permissions, cross-warehouse routing, client reporting, billing and peak-volume exceptions wherever required.
6. Sign off before cutover. Reconcile opening inventory and open orders, approve exports and invoices, train staff and agree on escalation ownership.

How much does Logiwa IO cost?

Do either of these systems charge by user?

Reviews and migration: five questions to ask

Do old Logiwa WMS reviews describe current IO?

Not necessarily. Logiwa identifies IO as its flagship today, while historical reviews can describe older interfaces or releases. Use dated feedback to choose demo tests, not as proof a current feature is missing. Current product identity.

Do reviews prove one system is faster?

Is Logiwa implementation included?

Can we automatically import Logiwa into SKUSavvy?

How long should a WMS switch take?
