3PL billing software that turns warehouse work into invoices
Rate cards, invoices and a client portal, built on the work your floor already records.

SKUSavvy 3PL prices warehouse activity from each client's rate card. Orders, receipts, returns, transfers, storage and shipments become ledger lines, the ledger becomes invoices, and each brand checks its own stock, orders and invoices in a client portal. You stop rebuilding bills from spreadsheets at month end.
Emerging and regional 3PLs
Bill several brands for storage, pick and pack, shipping and value-added services without a spreadsheet per client.
Brands that fulfill for partners
Spare floor space and sister or partner brands that each need their own portal, inventory view and invoices.
Operators who close the books monthly
Every charge traces back to a warehouse event, so invoices are easy to review, explain and defend.
How 3PL billing works in SKUSavvy
Billing runs from the same events your team creates on the floor. Nothing is re-keyed.
Connect your stores and warehouses. Products, orders, purchase orders, shipments and inventory sync in, so billing starts from the work your team already records.
Set up clients and rate cards. Give each brand its own rate card, then map products or categories that need special handling, such as case packs or oversize storage.
Capture work as it happens. Fulfillment, receiving, restocking, disposal, cycle counts, kitting, transfers and shipping each create a charge when a rate applies. A repeated event never bills twice.
Review the ledger. Every charge is a ledger line with its event, quantity, reference and amount. Storage accrues daily. You can add approved adjustments and export the ledger to CSV.
Invoice on your billing day. Generate invoices on demand or on a set day of the month (1 to 28). Invoices start as drafts, so you review them before the client sees them.
Collect payment. Clients can pay eligible invoices by ACH bank transfer once you connect a receiving account. You can also record payments you collect outside the portal.
Give clients self-service. Each brand signs in to its own portal to see inventory, orders, inbound shipment notices (ASNs), transfers, ledger lines and invoices. Clients never see your costs, your rate formulas or another client's data.

Rate card example
A rate card is one client's price list. This example shows one brand's month: 1,000 orders shipped, 1,600 units picked, 3,000 units received, 40 pallets stored and 50 units returned.
Example rates for illustration only. You set every rate on your own rate cards.
| Fee | How it is charged | Example rate | Example quantity | Line total |
Base order | Per fulfilled shipment | $1.25 | 1,000 shipments | $1,250.00 |
Pick (three tiers) | Per unit: first unit, units 2 to 5, units above 5 | $0.50 / $0.30 / $0.20 | 1,000 first units, 600 units in the 2 to 5 band | $680.00 |
Box | Per box shipped | $0.15 | 1,000 boxes | $150.00 |
Receiving | Per confirmed received unit | $0.20 | 3,000 units | $600.00 |
Pallet storage | Per pallet per day | $0.60 | 40 pallets for 30 days | $720.00 |
Returns | Per unit restocked from a return | $1.00 | 50 units | $50.00 |
Shipping | Carrier postage plus a service margin | Postage + 10% | $6,000 postage | $6,600.00 |
Invoice total | $10,050.00 |
The client sees each final charge and the invoice total. Your postage cost and your margin stay on your side of the portal.
Fees a rate card can price
| Fee family | What you can charge for |

Receiving and returns | Per received unit or a fixed fee per purchase order, line or shipment; returns; return inspection; disposal; cycle counts |

3PL pricing
The SKUSavvy WMS that runs your floor uses the same published pricing as every account: $179 a month including the first 249 orders, then graduated per-order rates, with unlimited users. Every order that enters SKUSavvy counts toward the monthly total, including purchase orders, transfers and POS orders. These figures come from the calculator on the pricing page.
| Orders a month | SKUSavvy WMS per month |
1,000 | $324.19 |
5,000 | $1,084.13 |
15,000 | $2,384.13 |
We do not publish a separate price for 3PL billing, rate cards, invoicing and the client portal. Ask for 3PL pricing in your demo. Carrier postage is billed separately by your carriers.

Frequently asked questions
What is 3PL billing software?
3PL billing software turns the work a warehouse does for each client (storage, receiving, picking, packing, shipping and extra services) into charges and invoices. SKUSavvy does this from live warehouse events instead of a month-end spreadsheet.
Can each client have different rates?
Yes. Every client gets its own rate card, and you can map products or categories to special rates, such as case-pack picks or a different storage rate.
What can my clients see?
Their own inventory, orders, shipments, inbound notices, transfers, ledger lines and invoices. They never see your costs, your margins or another client's records.
How do clients pay?
By ACH bank transfer from the portal once you connect a receiving bank account, or outside the portal, where you record the payment yourself.
