PULPO WMS and SKUSavvy both run physical warehouse operations. Both offer warehouse visualization, scanning, picking, packing and 3PL capabilities. The useful choice comes down to your commerce stack, devices, staffing, order volume and contract.
SKUSavvy is worth evaluating if you run a Shopify-centered warehouse, want browser workflows across Apple and Android devices, and prefer unlimited users with monthly billing. PULPO deserves a close look if you prefer native Android execution or need its broader ERP and commerce integration ecosystem.
This comparison is published by SKUSavvy and uses official documentation plus accessible customer reviews. We have not completed an authenticated PULPO trial or a head-to-head speed or accuracy benchmark.
PULPO covers the warehouse from receipt to return
PULPO documents receiving checks, lot/expiry/serial traceability, rule-based put-away, route-guided mobile picking, multi-order and batch picking, cross-docking, packing validation and labels. Returns, cycle counts and replenishment tasks round out the workflow. Product overview · Features.
Its Warehouse Wizard lets operators draw zones, racks and bins in a browser and connect layout changes to routing. A visual map is therefore a capability to compare in both products, not an exclusive SKUSavvy feature. Warehouse Wizard.

SKUSavvy’s browser workflow is useful when an office computer, an iPad and a warehouse phone need to use the same operational system. That does not prove it scans faster than a native Android app. Test scan ergonomics, printers, network coverage and the exact devices you intend to buy or retain.

For 3PLs, compare client visibility, rate cards, storage accrual, invoice approval and integrations in both products. SKUSavvy documents activity-based billing and a client portal, but those sources do not establish that the separate 3PL service is included in the $179 base WMS subscription.

| Plan | Monthly equivalent | Annual base payment | Included scope |
|---|---|---|---|
StartUp Club | Quote | Quote | 2 users, 1 warehouse, 1 standard connection |

Power and 3PL include unlimited orders and SKUs. Extra users are €225/US $225 per month, standard store/carrier connections €50/US $50, and Analytics Suite users €50/US $50. For example, US Power with six total users and three total standard connections calculates to $1,365/month equivalent, or $16,380/year, before other quoted costs. This is arithmetic from published unit rates, not a vendor quote.

SKUSavvy bills monthly by operational order volume
SKUSavvy starts at $179/month including 249 orders, with graduated additional-order rates of $0.20, $0.19, $0.13, $0.08, $0.07 and $0.06 across successive bands. Online orders, POS orders, purchase orders and transfers all count. Users are unlimited, and a 30-day no-card trial is available. Full pricing and calculator.
Optional managed onboarding is $2,750 plus $250/month support. Postage, extra AI credits and the QuickBooks add-on are separate; confirm 3PL service pricing independently. Pricing · Integration add-ons.
SKUSavvy is not always the lower-cost choice
At 1,000 total billable orders and three users, SKUSavvy is $324.19/month versus Power’s $590 monthly equivalent, paid $7,080 annually. At 5,000 orders and three users, SKUSavvy is $1,084.13/month, above that base Power price.
Five Power users calculate to $1,040/month equivalent before extra connections. These scenarios exclude taxes, postage, optional support, external connector subscriptions and differences in required scope. Use your peak staffing, all billable orders and actual connection count rather than selecting a winner from starting prices alone.
Reviews favor guided workflows and helpful support

What we collected, and what remained inaccessible
Our October 24, 2026 collection includes 41 accessible records representing 40 distinct narratives, after removing a repeated Shopify/G2 narrative from cross-platform thematic analysis. This is not a claim of 40 independently verified people, and we do not calculate a combined star rating.
- Shopify: all nine written reviews on the listing, with no next page.
- SourceForge: all six reviews available in the delivered page.
- Trustpilot: 15 reviews across English, German and Spanish views, matching the displayed total: 14 five-star and one one-star. Localized web-cache captures differed in age; this was not one fresh direct snapshot of every language. The displayed TrustScore was 4.0, which is not a simple star average.
- G2: ten accessible detailed entries out of 30 listed. The remaining 20 were inaccessible through available retrieval; two accessible entries were marked incentivized and several were AI-translated.
- Capterra/Software Advice/GetApp: one syndicated 2018 narrative, counted once; repeated listings and aggregate scores do not add independent reviews.

This is not a complete scrape of every PULPO review. Publicly deleted or hidden reviews are outside coverage, G2 pagination was inaccessible, and cross-platform identity cannot always be verified. We retained source evidence internally and paraphrase findings here; reviews do not establish typical implementation time, ROI, defect rates or a head-to-head winner.
Plan implementation around a real warehouse pilot
PULPO’s implementation process covers project contacts, layout/process review, hardware and network checks, bin labels, integration, training, acceptance tests, opening inventory and handover. Its guidance that standard setups can take days is not a guaranteed schedule for a complex ERP or multi-client rollout. Implementation process.
SKUSavvy includes standard guides, videos and support, with optional managed setup for imports, warehouse maps, workflows and Shopify. Neither vendor’s onboarding material proves that every warehouse can switch in a fixed number of days. SKUSavvy onboarding.
Use this checklist to compare the work and prepare a migration. We have not verified an automatic PULPO-to-SKUSavvy importer.
- Inventory the scope. Count users, warehouses, clients, stores, carrier connections and peak order volume. Separate required workflows from optional improvements.
- Test your hardware. Scan real barcodes on the intended phones or scanners, print labels, and check wireless coverage at racks and packing stations.
- Prepare the data. Export products, stock by location, open orders and lot/serial records. Resolve duplicate SKUs, missing barcodes and inconsistent units.
- Map the operation. Define bins, put-away rules, replenishment and picking flows. For 3PLs, configure client scopes and rate cards separately.
- Run complete transactions. Receive a partial delivery, put it away, pick a multi-item order, pack, ship, process a return and reconcile the connected store. Test peak API traffic and exceptions.
- Agree on cutover criteria. Reconcile opening stock, approve reports and permissions, assign sync ownership, and train staff before moving production work.
If you already have an effective Android workflow and need ERP connectors or unlimited orders at a stable seat count, PULPO may fit well. If Shopify is central and mixed devices, seasonal staff and monthly flexibility matter more, run the same pilot in SKUSavvy.
PULPO WMS alternatives: capabilities and customer fit
What is PULPO WMS used for?
PULPO WMS manages physical warehouse work, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping and returns. It also documents lot, expiry and serial tracking, replenishment, warehouse visualization and 3PL workflows.
When is SKUSavvy a suitable alternative to PULPO WMS?
SKUSavvy is worth evaluating for a Shopify-centered warehouse that wants unlimited users, monthly billing and browser workflows across phones, tablets and computers. PULPO deserves consideration for native Android operations and its broader listed ERP and commerce connector ecosystem.
Do PULPO WMS and SKUSavvy both offer warehouse maps?
Yes. PULPO’s Warehouse Wizard models zones, racks and bins; SKUSavvy provides 2D/3D warehouse maps connected to inventory and picking. Compare layout setup, route behavior and daily usability with your own warehouse rather than treating mapping as exclusive to either product.
Can I use PULPO WMS on an iPhone or iPad?
PULPO documents a native Android app for mobile warehouse execution and a browser cockpit for other work. Do not assume the cockpit replaces every floor-app function on an iPhone or iPad; confirm your exact devices and workflows. SKUSavvy documents browser workflows across Apple and Android devices.
Can both PULPO WMS and SKUSavvy support a 3PL?
Yes. PULPO includes client billing and a client portal in its 3PL tier. SKUSavvy also documents activity billing and client portals, but its 3PL packaging and price need confirmation separately from the base WMS subscription. Compare client permissions, rate cards and invoice approval in a scoped demo.

PULPO WMS pricing, contracts and integration questions
How much does PULPO WMS cost?
At the October 24, 2026 check, PULPO Power was €590 or US $590 per month equivalent, billed annually in advance, with three users and one standard connection. The 3PL tier was €1,290 or US $1,290, with five users and three connections. These are separate currency prices, not exchange-rate conversions.
What is the annual cost of PULPO Power?

Is SKUSavvy cheaper than PULPO WMS?
It depends on staffing, connections and billable order volume. At 1,000 billable orders, SKUSavvy calculates to $324.19 per month; at 5,000, it is $1,084.13. PULPO Power’s base is $590 per month equivalent paid annually for three users and one connection, so SKUSavvy is not always cheaper.
Does PULPO WMS offer a free trial or monthly contract?
The reviewed PULPO pricing describes annual advance billing and a 60-day money-back guarantee. A refund guarantee is not a self-service free trial or a monthly contract; confirm its eligibility and cancellation terms. SKUSavvy advertises monthly billing and a 30-day trial without a credit card.
Which integrations should I check before replacing PULPO WMS?

PULPO WMS reviews, implementation and migration questions
What do PULPO WMS customer reviews praise?
Accessible reviews frequently praise guided warehouse workflows, support, traceability and Shopify connectivity. Some reviewers report faster dispatch and fewer errors, but those experiences do not establish typical results or a measured advantage over SKUSavvy.
What concerns appear in PULPO WMS reviews?
Accessible reviewers raise special-workflow fit, API limits, packing-station data entry, analytics, documentation and support timezones. Older reviews also discuss Android hardware and regional integrations. Use these dated reports as demo questions; they do not establish that the current product has an unresolved defect.
Did this comparison include every PULPO WMS review?
No. The collection contains 41 accessible records representing 40 distinct narratives after one cross-site duplicate. It includes nine Shopify, six SourceForge, 15 localized Trustpilot, ten of 30 G2 entries and one syndicated directory review. The remaining 20 G2 entries were inaccessible, and Trustpilot cache ages varied.
How long does PULPO WMS implementation take?

How do I migrate from PULPO WMS to SKUSavvy?
No automatic PULPO-to-SKUSavvy importer was verified. Export products, location stock, open orders and traceability records; reconcile identifiers; configure bins and integrations; then pilot receiving, picking, packing, returns and store synchronization.
