PULPO WMS vs SKUSavvy
Flat pricing with capped users, or per-order pricing with unlimited users.
PULPO WMS is a cloud warehouse management system with unlimited orders and SKUs on every plan, Android scanning apps and a browser-based layout tool. SKUSavvy is a Shopify WMS that runs in the browser on any phone, with a 3D warehouse map and unlimited users.
The biggest difference is how each one charges. PULPO is a flat annual plan that caps users and store connections. SKUSavvy charges by monthly orders and never by user.

You sell through WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop or Plentymarkets as well as, or instead of, Shopify.
Your team already uses Android scanners.
You want a 60-day money-back guarantee on an annual plan.
When SKUSavvy is the better fit
You need more than three users, or extra hands in peak season. SKUSavvy users are unlimited; a PULPO user beyond the plan is €225 a month.
Your team uses iPhones, iPads or a mix of devices. SKUSavvy runs in the browser on all of them.
You want shipping labels and rate shopping built in, not through a separate shipping tool.
You prefer monthly billing and a free trial before you commit.
Shopify is your sales engine and you want two-way sync, multiple stores and POS.

How to migrate from PULPO WMS to SKUSavvy
SKUSavvy imports from CSV files and the Shopify sync. There is no one-click importer from another WMS, so plan a short parallel run.
Pick a cutover window. Choose a slower week and keep PULPO WMS running while you set up, so orders keep shipping.
Start a trial and connect Shopify. Products, orders and inventory sync both ways. See the Shopify connection guide.
Build your warehouse map. Draw shelves and bins in the layout editor so put-away, picking and counts all use the same map.
Export inventory from PULPO WMS. Export on-hand quantities by bin location, with lots, expiry dates or serial numbers if you track them, as a CSV file.
Import into SKUSavvy. Import inventory, bin barcodes, kits, vendors and open purchase orders from CSV, then print bin labels.
Connect your carrier accounts and test labels on a few orders.
Count, then cut over. Cycle count your fastest movers, then switch picking and packing to SKUSavvy. Turn off inventory sync from PULPO WMS to Shopify, so only one system updates stock.
Want help? Optional managed implementation costs $2,750 plus $250 a month for support, and covers data imports, the warehouse map, bin labels and the Shopify connection.
