Shipping Manifests
Generate the end-of-day carrier manifest required when a carrier picks up outbound packages from your warehouse.
What Is a Manifest
A manifest is the summary document some carriers require at pickup: it lists every label you bought for that carrier so the driver or post office can accept them as a batch instead of scanning each one individually. To view manifests, navigate to Warehouse > Orders > Manifests.
Create a Manifest
Click Create Manifests to open the creation dialog.
Choose a Ship Date and Carrier to include all qualifying shipments.
Click Create to generate the manifest document.
A manifest covers every purchased label for that carrier and warehouse on the chosen date, so you do not select individual shipments. Create one manifest per carrier if you shipped with more than one carrier that day.
Print & Reopen a Manifest
Once created, the manifest document opens immediately in the dialog for printing. Every created manifest stays on the Manifests list, where you can click Open on any row to view or reprint it. Note that a manifest cannot be voided once created.
